A guide for Disney on a budget
To start, one must understand all the costs for a Walt Disney World® Vacation.
First there are no deals, just room rates, park pass cost, and transportation. It is

The five main components of the vacation costs are:
1. The cost of transportation to Walt Disney World®, air.
Transportation is now free to and from the airport via Magical Express.
2.The cost of ground accommodations, the hotel / resort, or cabin on a ship.
3. Dining, take out, or eating at the Parks, AKA dining at Walt Disney World® .
This can be expensive. Pack snacks to take with you!
4. Your Park admission to Walt Disney World® Parks and attractions. This is not free with the room.
5. Shopping, fight your urge to buy one of everything in the shops.

HOW TO GET THE BEST DEAL
1. Transportation
We can give you a quote for air into any city in Florida from any city in America if you book your Disney room with us. The best protection we can offer you is in the area of flight cancellations. If you book with us and there are any cancellations or changes in your flights, we can always guarantee your room can be matched up with the new flight times, or days. No penalties, etc.. Nice in cases like snowstorms etc..
We have access to the lowest rates and that is what you pay. No added fees, no service charges, just the best price. So knowing that, the room rate is the place we like to start you with. Disney room are from under $80 nightly in at Disney's POP Century Resort, to much higher. The cost of staying at a Resort we feel is in some cases less than any deal you might find outside of the Disney Property. The safety aspect is also better inside of Disney's property, though we cannot guarantee you safe anywhere, Disney seems to have a pretty good handle on this issue. Again we offer you the lowest rates, no other agency, including the super-size ones can give you a lower price. You will get with us also an agent who will follow through from start to finish. We are always there for you, 24 hours a day.
3. Meals
We can offer three levels of meal plans, if you want to go it on your own, plan carefully. A family of four can easily spend over one hundred dollars a day. Keep in mind that concierge service you will get snacks and breakfast, the Polynesian is the best, they have their own concierge chef, and this is free with the service.
We offer multiple types of Walt Disney World® passes that save you money over a day pass each day. Pre-purchasing can save up to 5%. The best experience is the Ultimate Park Hopper Pass and this can be quoted into your room package price. The Resort you choose will ask you in its form what type of passes you would like in its questionnaire. If you need to truly cut costs and want a Park Hopper pass to see more than one park a day, just add more days to the base ticket, it is less expensive to park hop this way.

5. Shop Till you Drop if you dare. However our advice is to walk right by the shops and right to the rides and attractions. It is not easy because there are so many enticing items to buy. Go with a preconceived budget and a few specific items. Spend more time having fun than shopping. You can shop online after you get home.

All Walt Disney Resorts® are themed and a truly memorable experience no matter which one you stay in. Though people have their favorites at times. Look at the rates of each hotel and go from there.

30 days of arrival and a 200 dollar fee will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival.
